Calling 811 alerts utility companies to come out and mark underground lines in the area, helping you stay safe and avoid hitting lines. However, please note that secondary lines, such as fiber drop lines to your home, are not included in those Dig Safe tickets. That’s why we encourage you to contact us directly.
