☔️We hope everyone spared well for Hurricane Francine.

We will remain closed today for our staff to get their homes back in order & for power to be restored around us. We do have power at our Harvey Administrative Office.

This beautiful New Orleans home on St. Charles Ave. just received a FULL UPGRADE by Monitored Systems.

We installed a Qolysus IQ4 alarm panel, with all wireless devices and remote keypad access. The guest home in the back was upgraded as well.
Along with the security system, high definition security cameras were added throughout the property, so that while away, our homeowners can check on their property and have the peace of mind knowing they are securely protected and being monitored 24/7.

To finish off the home upgrade, Monitored Systems installed Landscape Accent Lighting, which will help bring out more of the beauty that this gorgeous NOLA home already has.

The accent lighting can be controlled remotely, allowing all colors of the rainbow to be chosen to light up our customer’s home. This is perfect for adding that special touch to decorating your home. Different color lighting can be set for each zone of the home, to run simultaneously…. As the Mardi Gras parade passes in front of this St. Charles beauty, it can be lit with purple, green & gold coloring and the back of the home can have white lighting, to help brighten up the after-parade party area. You may have experienced issues this morning when attempting to make a call or text through your cell phone.

This is due to a nationwide outage of cellular services including mostly AT&T customers and some customers of T-Mobile and Verizon.

This outage can also affect our Monitored Systems customers with Cellular Alarm Systems.

If you notice that your alarm system is beeping this morning, showing a yellow triangle or a trouble signal, this could be the reason.

Once the cellular services are reported restored, these issues should clear themselves. If you notice that your system is still showing any of the above issues, after it is reported cellular issues are cleared, please call our office (504-483-7700) so that we can get this corrected for you.
