Join our growing team as a Full-Time Production and Installation Specialist.

What You'll Do:
• Produce vinyl and dimensional signs and graphics
• Assist with sign fabrication, assembly, and finishing
• Install signage on-site (travel required)
• Install vehicle and trailer wraps and decals
• Operate power tools, lasers, printers, laminators, cutters, saws, CNC, etc.
• Maintain quality standards across all projects
• Other projects as needed - no two days are the same!

What We're Looking For:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to visualize finished products from initial concepts or drawings
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Able to use power tools safely and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working at heights

Bonus, but not required:
• Experience in sign/print production
• Familiarity of vinyl application and fabrication tools
