LABOR DAY SCHEDULE UPDATE

🇺🇸Please note that due to the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 7, we will have a slight adjustment to our weekly trash pickup schedule:🗓️ Transfer station is also closed reopening on Tuesday at 7am

Monday routes will be collected on Tuesday, September 8.🗓️

Tuesday through Thursday routes will remain unchanged and will be collected on their normal days.

Please have your bins placed curbside by 6am. Thank you for your business!

Did you know that multi-stream recycling produces cleaner, higher-quality materials with far less contamination? By keeping your recyclables properly sorted at drop-off, you help ensure that more of what you recycle actually gets turned into valuable new products!

Here is a quick refresher on what IS accepted at our transfer station:

✅ WHAT WE ACCEPT:
📄 Paper & Cardboard

Flattened corrugated cardboard boxes

Newspaper, magazines & brown paper bags

Office paper, paperboard (cereal/snack boxes)

🥫 Metal Cans

Aluminum beverage cans

Steel & tin food cans

🍾 Rigid Plastic Bottles & Containers ( #1 & #2)

Water & soda bottles

Milk jugs, detergent bottles, and food tubs

💡 Quick Tips for Multi-Stream Success:
Clean & Dry: Please rinse out food and liquid residue before dropping off.

Keep It Loose: Do NOT bag your recyclables in plastic garbage bags! Dump them loose into the container.

Flatten Boxes: Save space by breaking down cardboard boxes ahead of time.

❌ Items to Leave at Home: Plastic bags/film, glass, Styrofoam, yard waste, liquids, or electronics (ask us about proper disposal for these items!).
