Young Services Group was built on a simple belief: your
business should work as hard as you do. After 25+ years managing construction projects — from
preconstruction through closeout, across commercial builds,
residential projects, and specialty trade work — I kept
seeing the same problems repeat throughout my career. Growing contractors stalling out because the owner is still
doing everything. Paperwork handled by text message and
memory. Change orders agreed to verbally and argued about
at invoice time. Project schedules that live in one person's
head and fall apart the moment they're not in the room. Young Services Group provides lean, practical construction
consulting for three types of clients:
SUBCONTRACTORS & SMALL GCs — We build the operational
infrastructure your business needs to scale: workflow
systems, documentation standards, project controls,
AI-assisted processes, and the SOPs that keep things
running without you in every decision. CONSTRUCTION LENDERS & BANKS — We provide independent
project oversight and draw inspection services for lenders
who need credible, third-party visibility into the projects
they're funding. No conflict of interest. Just accurate
reporting. HOMEOWNERS — We put 25+ years of construction expertise
on your side of the table before the first nail is driven. Contract review, pre-construction advisory, milestone
inspections, and owner's advocate support so your
investment is protected. We don't do bloated retainers or vague consulting. Every
engagement starts with a Project Clarity Session — 90
minutes to identify your biggest gaps and build a clear
next-step plan. Finally. Operations That Work.
