Description
We Repair All models of KUPA, Medicool, VIP, Erica's, Bravo, Young's Nails, & Pro Tools Handpieces. Cost of a new handpiece = $300+
Cost of repair for a handpiece = $50
If any of the screws are stripped, or if the handpiece has been oiled or greased, please notify us before sending it in. For all other forms of
damage please contact us for further inquiry as there may be additional charges for extra work involved. For example (to reinsert the cam-balls is an additional charge due to the work involved from a drill being tampered with)
You can expect a three-five business day turnaround (excluding major holidays) and free shipping back to you, all you need to do is pay for shipping of the product to us. Once you submit the order for repair, we follow up with you directly for the service. Ship your drill with all the power components via USPS flat rate small box ($7.90 at the post office which includes delivery charge and shipping box) or a carrier of your choosing with proper bubble wrap or other packaging (your drill should be cushioned well and not move when inside the box) to the location we will provide you. (Do not ship the power supply box. Ship the Drill Handpiece ONLY)
We will fully inspect, repair, and test all features of your drill. We will even professionally clean and tune up your drill internally. All parts used are OEM. Included is a full repair and or tune-up of your drill. This package is just for the labor cost. You will have to pay for any parts required to fix your drill. Repair also includes a thorough cleaning and the shipping back to you! Only thing that we do NOT cover:
Drills that were previously tampered with (depending on what was tampered with, let us know), and drills that requires any additional parts like a new power box, motor, power cord, bearings, motorbrush and any additional parts which is not covered etc. Note: If your drill requires a new power box, motor, cord or motorbrush, we will notify you before repairs. (The motor rarely fails and has only happened to .05% of the handpieces that we repaired) If the cord is faulty you can normally tell by playing with the cord and the power cuts out and in. If we cannot fix it because of these problems, we will ship it back to you free of charge and provide you with a full refund. Warranty
All parts meet 100% OEM factory specification and comes with 60 day warranty on both the part and service. We are confident in our detailed repair procedures. Our highly skilled technician will perform an identical factory repair within one-two business day and fully test your drill before sending it back to you. Service is offered for KUPA UP201, UP200, UG12, UG14, SUG12, KP35, KP36, KP50, KP55 drill handpieces. Additional drill may be available for repair upon inquiry. Please note that at times when bearings are replaced, the drill can get warm when in use. Shipping & Handling
You can receive your repaired drill less than a week depending on how fast you send in your broken drill to us. After we receive your drill, we will inspect, repair and even tune up your drill internally. Repaired item is then carefully boxed and shipped back to you within 3-5 business days of us receiving it. It will be shipped back to you via USPS mail. Let us know if you want to add signature confirmation or insurance, additional charges will apply. Contact us
