*not be out of breath after going up the stairs
*be able to shop in "regular" stores instead of having to go to more expensive plus size stores.
*not be on the verge of type 2 diabetes
*stop the excess hair growing on my back and face, as well as many other symptoms caused by PCOS that can't be seen from the outside
*rebuild my confidence and belief in myself after being put down and made to feel
ugly and useless for years
*get out of debt
*walk away from a job that literally crushes my soul on a daily basis- but pays the bills
*have children
*be able to not only be home with my children but be able to run around with them
*build the home of my dreams
*give my children anything they need; most importantly a good education
*help my parents pay off their home, pay them back for everything they've done for me over the years, and help them as they transition into retirement
**help others fulfill their own set of goals
What's this list? It's my list of goals, my list of why I decided to become a Beachbody coach. I was in a dark place for most of my 20's and even my early 30's. It wasn't until I walked away from an abusive marriage and had my life crumble around me as "our" friends turned their backs on me that I began to believe in myself again. I became more focused on my health and nutrition, and with the help of several Beachbody programs I am at a current weight loss total of 32 lbs. This is about being healthy, being strong, and being confident. Beachbody has helped me to achieve so much already and I believe that my business will be a success, I will help others reach their health, fitness, and financial goals, and because of that I will be completing every goal on the list you just read.
