We are proud to announce that the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum is now part of the National Park Service Chesapeake Gateways network!

Chesapeake Gateways connects visitors to exceptional places throughout the Chesapeake Bay watershed, offering opportunities to enjoy, learn about, and help protect one of our nation's most treasured natural and cultural resources.

As a Chesapeake Gateways partner, the Havre de Grace Decoy Museum joins a distinguished network of sites that showcase the rich heritage, waterways, wildlife, and communities that make the Chesapeake region unique. Visitors can experience our engaging exhibits, educational programs, decoy carving traditions, and waterfront history while discovering Maryland's rich maritime and cultural heritage.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for the Havre de Grace Chamber of Commerce Annual Membership Meeting!

We were thrilled to see such a strong turnout, reconnect with longtime members, and meet many new faces. It was a wonderful morning of networking, conversation, and celebrating the businesses and individuals who help make our Chamber and community so special.

During the meeting, Chamber President Alysson Krchnavy (Edward Jones) recognized several of our longstanding members, shared highlights from a busy and productive year, and reminded Members that we are here to serve our business community. We also officially opened voting for our newest potential Board member. If you haven’t already done so, please check your email for voting instructions and cast your vote. Per our bylaws, we do need 71 votes to grow our board, so please be sure to participate 🗳️ (note: only one vote is permitted per membership)

If you’re interested in becoming more involved with the Chamber, we’d love to hear from you. Our committees are always looking for engaged members who want to help support local businesses and strengthen our organization.

A special thank you to John Muldoon and the team at the Vandiver Inn - Boutique Lodging & Events, Havre de Grace, Maryland for hosting us this morning and providing another outstanding breakfast. Chef Susan never disappoints!

And another special thank you to Laura Ames Photography for capturing the event and helping us preserve these special moments.

We appreciate the continued support of our members and look forward to another exciting year ahead.
