I am Reginald Lewis.

I grew up in Baltimore with ambition and an unshakable belief that Black excellence belonged in every room, including the boardroom.

After graduating from and later , I entered the world of corporate law and mergers, an industry where few Black faces existed.

Through bold strategy and relentless drive, I built a global corporation that became the first Black owned billion dollar company in history.

But my success was never just about wealth.

It was about proving that Black leadership could shape global markets and about reinvesting in education to create pathways for future generations.

I understood that economic power paired with education could change communities forever.
