As another school year begins, the Constable’s Office is honored to once again partner with Hawkins ISD to help provide a safe and secure environment for our students, teachers, and staff.
Serving our schools is not separate from serving our community—it is part of that commitment.
Despite ongoing criticism from some who believe the Constable should not assist with school security, the facts speak for themselves. Every responsibility of the Constable’s Office continues to be fulfilled. Court obligations are met, civil papers are served, and the duties entrusted to this office remain a top priority.
In a community without a city police department, stepping up to help protect our schools isn’t neglecting our job—it’s doing our job.
Our focus has never been on politics. Our focus is, and always will be, serving the citizens of this precinct with integrity, accountability, and a willingness to help wherever the need exists.
We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside Hawkins ISD again this year and pray for a safe, successful school year for every student, educator, and family.
