We scoop the fermented grape skins and free-run w**e out of our fermentation bins and load them straight into the press to separate the liquid from the skins. What flows out the bottom of the press is pure bliss! 🍇🍷

The sound of the humming crusher-destemmer is music to our ears! 🍇🎶 As the grape clusters are raked into the hopper, the auger gently separates the berries from their stems, sending them through rollers that pinch the fruit right into the fermentation bins below to collect all that fresh juice and skins.

After cold settling and fermentation, we scoop the fermented grape skins and free-run w**e out of the bins and load them straight into the press to separate the liquid from the skins. What flows out the bottom of the press is pure bliss! 🍷🔨 Next stop: settling and heading into barrels!
