What an incredible night sponsoring a table at the Red and Blue Foundation fundraiser gala, an organization that supports our local first responders right here in our community. From the casino games and music to the photo booths and time spent with great friends, it was a night full of laughs and memories. We are grateful for the opportunity to support a cause that gives back to all of our first responders who protect us every day.

Almost wrapped up on this custom home project.

One final task was stopping a crawl space flooding issue caused by a rock shelf blocking natural water drainage along the foundation.

We brought in the rock hammer, broke through the obstruction, and installed a proper drain path to move water away from the structure where it belongs.
This is one of those fixes you don’t always see, but it makes all the difference long-term.
Solid ground, proper drainage, problem solved.
