One last surrogate get-together before the craziness of fall begins.

Our Coeur d’Alene surrogates spent the afternoon catching up over coffee and pedicures before school starts and schedules get a whole lot busier.

We may have surrogates all across the country now, but Coeur d’Alene is where Delivering Hope started; it's our home base and will always be a special place for us.

I’m so grateful that all these years later, we still get to bring women together here each month to catch up, talk about their journeys, support each other through the highs and lows, and just spend time with other women who get it.

So thankful for this little community and time spent together. 🫶

We love getting to the end of the month and looking back at everything that happened. We’re so grateful we get to be a small part of these moments!

The question we hear all the time: “Will my intended parents have expectations about what I eat, how I exercise, or how I live during my surrogacy?”

The short answer? Every Intended Parent is different. 🤍

That’s why a successful surrogacy match is about finding the right fit, Intended Parents and a surrogate whose expectations, communication styles, and values align before anyone says yes.

So we asked Intended Parents what they really expect when it comes to diet, exercise, work, and lifestyle…

And we loved seeing how often their answers came back to trust, communication, and taking good care of yourself. 🥹

✨ Follow your doctor’s recommendations.
✨ Take care of yourself and your body.
✨ Continue your normal routines when medically appropriate.
✨ Communicate openly throughout the journey.

Surrogacy is a partnership. Both Intended Parents and surrogates deserve to feel heard, respected, and comfortable with the expectations of the journey, which is why these conversations happen before the match is ever made.
