Every month, we ask our teams across the country to nominate someone who goes above and beyond, and this month’s MVP is a powerful reminder of what true service looks like. 💙

During a recent water loss, Eli stepped into a situation that required more than technical expertise. The homeowner shared that her son, who has severe autism, was especially overwhelmed, particularly about sentimental Disney items that had been affected.
