Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers
· Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts
· Develop and maintain current product knowledge
· Maintain current client and potential client relationships
· Identify and resolve client concerns
· Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close the sale
· Ensure quality of material and products for customers
· Receive/support incoming calls from both the Sales Group and existing or potential customer
· Input all orders into the database
· Quote customers with price, availability and delivery times
· Schedule on-site packing jobs
· Handle disgruntled customers, up to and including, escalation to Customer Service Manager
· Forward pricing requests to the Estimating department
· Track progress and delivery of pricing requests back to the customer
· Review new incoming purchase orders for accuracy
· Accurate and timely order entry into accounting System
· Perform price verification on new orders
· Prepare and distribute production documentation for manufacturing
· Prepare and distribute purchasing/material requests to support new orders
· Job scheduling/inventory min/max of accounts
· Setup database new accounts
· Coordinate on-site job scheduling
· Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct”, mission statement and corporate values statements
· Uphold, safeguard and promote the division’s and the corporation’s values, philosophy to ethics, integrity and social responsibility
· Promote, protect and ensure the organization’s reputation is “first in class”
· Provide management suggestions for continuous improvement
· Implement and manage corporate mandates
· Obtain pricing from vendors
· Maintain document sets
· Track inventory
· Serve on internal teams
