Going out of business.. Starting from our 1 bedroom apartment with 6 orders per day, it’s humbling to have over 1,000,000 orders to date. That’s 50,000 orders filled each year… packed with love by our incredible team!! The first year was just my husband and me after we were laid off in 2002, two months after being married. We then grew to a staff we are proud to call family!

Keyur’s brother, Ashish, joined us early on. His parents, aunt, cousin Mishal helped in person, and my parents helped with customer service and operations all the way from Texas! They all saw we desperately needed help, and were quick to jump in!

Dzulfikar, Lyssette, Sukhwinder, Alex, Steven, Jorge, Eddie, Adriana, Margaret, Christine and the many more of us.. Could NOT have done this without you! 💝

I remember the day this sign went up, it felt unreal. We moved our apartment to a 1,000 sq ft office space in 2005, just 2 weeks after our first daughter was born!
2 years later we moved to a 2,500 sq ft office, then 5,000 and our final move to this 10,000 sq ft fulfillment center which housed incredible equipment that produced the papers, pockets and envelopes we love so much!

To all our fellow small businesses; here’s a hug for more sleepless nights than not, for the anxiety and mental challenges, for the sacrifices you’ve had to make, and for the selfless dedication to your employee’s futures.

I think I realized I've been a bit in denial that our days to close our doors *for good* are just weeks away. Everyday I come on here thinking what I want to say, how to say it... but before I go into my deep thoughts, many had questions on our SALE.

We built something truly unique & special. Before the days of ready-made-sites; we developed our own website by reading dozens of books, and built our production/fulfillment/full operations center from the ground up... this became a giant we'd never imagined could be. But what is built is nothing without who you build with..

Since announcing our closing to our hundreds of thousands of clients, I've had the chance to re-connect and reminisce over supporting clients through starting their own businesses and providing/supplying for them, having a small part in our customer's BIG events, and those times where we've printed the hard times celebrating and remembering loved ones lost along the way.

I didn't realize what meant most over those 20 years until reminded by our amazing customers. Receiving many calls & emails reminding us of the community we’ve built TOGETHER, all that we have endured, all that we have achieved together has been absolutely humbling to say the least.

I'm ever so grateful for the relationships made throughout the decades from all over the country & world! Thank you ALL for taking your time to write paragraphs of sentiments & well wishes. Your words, thoughts & blessings mean the world to us all!

A SPECIAL shout-out to our INCREDIBLE team that I'm forever indebted to, as they treated my dreams as their own! Thank you to our family, our friends for being ready for anything, full of ideas, boundless energy, and support! Most of all, thank you for your patience as I was learning things along the way, day by day.

It’s been a year of pain, loss, and hardship for us all, and stand by our community through the thick and the thin... it was a bit hard for me to post this year, but no better time than now to pick back up and spread some joy, so here’s a bit about our family..

I'm Shilpa, and this is my husband Keyur! He is the brains, the technical, the piece-er together of all things ! From the website to the warehouse.. that’s all him! I had a love for everything paper, there's a joy... a connection that comes through paper, and I wanted to spread that to the world!  We both appreciate your support, trust and loyalty through the decades!

Many of you have worked together with us before we had children! We welcome our new clients to our family and wanted to share a bit about our - not so little ones...

This photo sums up their personalities well!

Our eldest daughter is now  16, enjoying her high school days, making memories, volunteering with "girls teaching girls English," and exploring candle and soap making! (crafting is in our blood!)

Our middle son is 13, and boy is he a gamer! He's loving, caring, and just so thoughtful. He also loves exploring in the kitchen - his two favorite meals to make are vegan Thai red curry and Pasta Pomodoro!

The youngest, now 10 is the glue that holds us all together, making sure we get in our family time! It's an interesting time, schooling from home with the pandemic, and I just love when she sits next to me, asking me about what we're working on for the business, and helping me respond to clients :)
