Pitboss smoker is making our supper while we’re in the shop today. 2 racks of ribs dry rubbed and seasoned overnight. Timer is set for 3 hours for the first check and rotate. Maybe I should do some pork butts one day and actually have an open house with pulled pork.

Got home from Sheridan last night. Unpacking our purchases at the shop. I bought my 20th this weekend. But today I was thrilled to see the knife I bought was a #1 numbered Damascus skiver. BONUS!!!!
