Whether you’re buying one machine or building out your fleet, bidding is simple:
1. Create your bidder account
Register online before auction day so you’re ready when the action starts.
2. Browse the inventory
Review equipment details, photos, videos, inspection information, and auction terms. Make a list of the items you want to watch.
3. Attend the preview or inspect online
Whenever possible, inspect equipment in person during the scheduled preview. Can’t make it? Review all available online details and contact our team with questions.
4. Know your budget
Set your maximum bid before the auction begins and remember to account for buyer’s premium, taxes, transportation, and any applicable fees.
5. Bid your way
Bid in person, online, or through the approved bidding options listed for the auction.
Watch the bidding closely. Stay alert when your item comes up. Online bidders should make sure they have a reliable internet connection and are logged in before bidding begins.
6. Check your purchase, pay, and plan transportation!
If you’re the winning bidder, review your invoice promptly and complete payment according to the auction terms. Schedule pickup or transportation. Bring the right trailer, equipment, and help or arrange shipping. Be sure to follow the posted load-out dates and requirements.
