Hazlehurst Housing Authority Hazlehurst Housing Authority manages 157 public housing units in Hazlehurst and Lumber City, GA. We are an equal housing opportunity and employer.

We currently have an open waiting list. We are accepting applications. You must have an application on file to be offered an apartment. Our security deposit is $150.00 or $50.00 for elderly/disabled. Our apartments are on Georgia Power. You must be able to get power established in your name. Our rents are based on income. We have 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units. Our units are total electric. Water/sewer/trash is included in rent (scattered sites excluded).
