Due to the extreme cold weather, we will be closing to customers at 2:30 pm today (Friday, January 30).

We will also be closed on Saturday, January 31.

We will re-open with our normal hours on Monday, February 2nd.

NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS, VENDORS, CONTRACTORS, AND EMPLOYEES: There is active road milling and paving operations on South Wyoming and Buttonwood Streets around our facility in Hazleton. Please be extremely careful and patient if you must travel this area.

Additionally, due to the ongoing road construction on South Wyoming and Buttonwood Streets, we will be closed on Tuesday, August 12th. We will reopen at 8:00 am on Wednesday, August 13th.

HAZLETON, PA — In what historians are already calling “a darn good reason to clean out the garage,” Brenner Recycling is rollin’ out the barrels and breakin’ out the biscuits for its 100-Year Anniversary!
That’s right — this century-old scrap-hustlin’ outfit is hosting a once-in-a-hundred-years hootenanny, and everyone with a bit of iron (or brass, or copper, or aluminum) is invited to join the jubilee.

“This business was built by the kindness and support of our community and neighbors,” said a Brenner spokesperson. “We’re proud to stand on the shoulders of those who came before and show our gratitude to the folks who’ve kept - and continue to keep - us going.”

So hitch up your wagon (or your pickup), bring your metal, and come help us toast a hundred years of grit, gumption, and good folks like you!
