Every glass has a little story in it.

For Amista, red wine began with Syrah, a few young vines, and one very personal “why not?” In 2002, our first Syrah was made in the family garage and shared with friends. They kept coming back for more, and before long, that small beginning helped spark the launch of Amista Vineyards.

Today, our Rhône reds carry that same spirit of curiosity and friendship, from Syrah to Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Tres, our blend of all three.

Some stories are best told one sip at a time.

Last month, we turned our Dry Creek Valley patio into the most joyful Mahjong afternoon — and we are already talking about doing it again.

Estate bubbles flowing, popcorn on every table, caviar for the bold, and the best group of people who came ready to play. This is exactly the kind of spontaneous, joyful afternoon that reminds us why we do what we do. ✨

On April 17th, Amista took over alongside & for an Earth Month sparkling pop-up — and it was exactly the kind of joyful, vibrant evening we love being part of.

A curated flight of estate sparkling wines, French fries on the side, and a room full of people who care deeply about the land that makes it all possible. Downtown Healdsburg at its very best. 🌎✨

Thank you to everyone who came out and raised a glass with us. This is what community in Dry Creek Valley looks like — and we wouldn't have it any other way.
