They're the ones crawling through attics in 100° heat, suiting up in the freezing cold, and picking up the phone at 2 a.m. when your heat goes out in January. They keep our families warm, our babies comfortable, our elderly neighbors safe, and our businesses running.
It's skilled work, part engineering, part problem-solving, part sheer grit. These techs undergo rigorous training and hold certifications most people have never even heard of. And yet, when they fix your system and walk out the door? We barely give it a second thought.
