Here’s a good video when people ask this question. Why is it so expensive? Imagine you doing this in a suit and respirator in an attic it’s 130 to 140°, or in a crawlspace that’s only 18 inches to 2 foot high! Not a whole lot of fun

Nothing like working in attic when it’s 135° up there all because someone stuffed insulation into the soffits.

Here’s another real estate sale that fell through because of mold in the crawlspace. Customer hired another company and they came in and sprayed a chemical on 50% of the crawlspace and then left after collecting their money. We were hired to come in and do the remediation correctly. They left piles of moldy insulation wood and all kinds of junk in the crawlspace also

Well, here we go again! Another big hoarding job, this one is a little more difficult because we have to pick out things that can be auctioned off. Project had to be broken down in the 4 to 5 sections because of the amount of stuff.
