Good driving history, personal vehicle and insurance, must pass background check. $17.50/hr plus Paid Time Off. Helena Home Health is hiring a part time LPN or RN. Successful applicants will be able to complete quarterly care plan reviews; assess past needs and if needs were met, assess future needs. Update care plans to remove objectives that are no longer needed or add needed objectives. Case load is approximately 25 care plans per quarter with each care plan lasting about 1 hour. This is contract work at the rate of $50 per care plan. Schedule is self managed.
