Just another friendly reminder, HHP is a vacation property management business. WE DO NOT OFFER RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL CLEANING!!! For people that do not seem to believe or understand the depth of the responsibilities that I carry with this business, here is an average work list: I handle hospitality cleaning turnovers (averaging 2-4 turnovers/ week for 8 properties. That is: 16-32 cleans/week or more.) I also do lawn work, snow removal, indoor/outdoor maintenance (or delegate what is out of my skill level to a professional.) I handle most supply orders and all supply administration, all guest communication, all booking confirmations, AND I ensure the properties I manage stay booked through the year by handling the listing maintanence and knowing how to keep them all on top of the algorithm boosts in online searches, let alone any additional issues or needs guests may have while occupying the property.
It is a complete and full list of work, it is a LOT of responsibility and I work my buns off. I have worked so hard to build up my business exactly how it is designed for a reason and people being rude or upset because I don’t have time or need to add even more onto my to-do list is honestly getting old and hurtful.
