Join our team and help bring high-quality signs to life!

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Installer/Helper to join our crew. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and are comfortable using power tools — this could be the perfect fit for you!

💼 Position: Installer / Helper
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time • Apprenticeship
💵 Pay: $17–$20/hr (40 hrs/week)
📍 Location: In-person

✨ Benefits:
• 401(k) with 2% match

🔧 What You’ll Do:
• Install interior & exterior signs according to specs
• Use power tools & equipment safely and effectively
• Inspect installations to ensure quality & safety
• Troubleshoot issues on-site
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with team members & clients
• Follow all safety protocols

📝 What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints/manuals
