President Trump recently signed an Executive Order for emergency tax relief on diesel fuel, and the Treasury Secretary is expected to issue guidance within five days for implementing federal excise-tax deferral and relief related to this order. Branded Sign Solutions is looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our production team.

This position is hands-on and fast-paced. Every day is different. One day you might be pressing DTF apparel, the next you're creating dye sublimation awards, printing decals, packaging orders, or helping produce custom products for customers across Montana.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy and takes pride in doing quality work.

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Shows up ready to work every day
✔ Pays attention to detail
✔ Learns quickly and follows directions
✔ Is dependable and accountable
✔ Enjoys working with their hands
✔ Takes pride in producing quality products
✔ Works well independently and with a team
✔ Likes staying busy in a production environment

Experience with any of these is a plus:
Dye Sublimation
DTF Printing
Heat Presses
Vinyl Cutting
Wide Format Printing
Production or Manufacturing

No experience? We're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.

What you'll do:
Produce custom apparel and promotional products
Operate heat presses and production equipment
Create dye sublimation products
Print and prepare DTF transfers
Package customer orders
Help maintain an organized production area
Ensure every product meets our quality standards

No sign experience? That's okay. We're willing to teach the right person.

We're looking for someone who:

🔹 Is willing to learn and easy to teach
🔹 Isn't afraid to work with their hands
🔹 Is comfortable working outside and at heights
🔹 Can follow directions and safety procedures
🔹 Has a good attitude and takes pride in their work
🔹 Is mechanically inclined or willing to learn
🔹 Can work well with a team
🔹 Isn't afraid to get dirty and do the hard work

You'll be helping with sign installations, loading and unloading materials, using tools, preparing jobs, and whatever else it takes to get the job done right.

You don't have to know everything on day one. You just have to be willing to show up, learn, and work.
