Upward Bow (Urdhva Dhanurasana), cliffside. Strengthens the entire back of the body including triceps of the arms, posterior deltoids of the shoulders rhomboids, trapezius, serratus and posterior, latissimus dorsi, erector spinae of the upper, mid and lower back, gluteus maximus, minimus, and medius of the buttox, and hamstrings of the legs. Stretches front of legs, torso, chest, neck and biceps of upper arms. This pose is a good indicator of healthy lungs and heart. Practicing this pose may help prevent asthma and heart disease🧘‍♀️

After this picture was taken I crossed the lake (k)not knowing a storm was brewing. As I was crossing back on the SUP board white cap waves from a strong wind were prevalent. I one-pointedly paddled, staying the coarse back to camp. Thankfully at shore, I then heard a child crying in fear of the storm despite parents/adults nearby; I am grateful to be adeptly (able to be) safe!
