Upward Bow (Urdhva Dhanurasana), cliffside. Strengthens the entire back of the body including triceps of the arms, posterior deltoids of the shoulders rhomboids, trapezius, serratus and posterior, latissimus dorsi, erector spinae of the upper, mid and lower back, gluteus maximus, minimus, and medius of the buttox, and hamstrings of the legs. Stretches front of legs, torso, chest, neck and biceps of upper arms. This pose is a good indicator of healthy lungs and heart. Practicing this pose may help prevent asthma and heart disease🧘♀️
