Community conversations matter.

Outside of supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses through the SBDC at MBAC, Regional Director Carlos Joaquin also creates spaces for learning and connection through his Learning Lounge series.

This month, Carlos hosted a conversation with Cole Mannix of Old Salt Co-op and The Union focused on leadership, stewardship, and building something bigger than yourself.

The discussion explored how investing in people, trust, land, and community creates stronger and more resilient communities over time.

At MBAC, we believe strong businesses and strong communities grow together. 🤝
