At the East Texas Treatment Facility, our uniforms may be different, our roles may vary, and our responsibilities may take us in different directions but our mission brings us together.

We are Progression Leaders because leadership here is about more than a title. It’s about reaching back to bring the next person forward, creating opportunities for others to grow, and paving the way for success while proudly serving those around us.

🌟 Positive Behavior Recognition at MTC Bradshaw ISF Parole Program 🌟

Lead by Program Director Alicia Dovel LCDC/CSD, the new Positive Behavior Recognition Card incentive program was created to encourage accountability, reinforce healthy decision-making, and celebrate the progress our residents make every day.

Residents earn Positive Behavior Recognition cards by demonstrating positive behaviors such as respecting others, participating in programming, maintaining a positive attitude, taking responsibility, and making healthy choices. They can save their cards over time and redeem them for the opportunity to shop in our Incentive Store, where they can choose from a variety of healthy rewards. This system teaches delayed gratification, goal setting, and reinforces that consistent positive choices lead to meaningful rewards.

Today, these residents were recognized for their positive behaviors and are one step closer to their next shopping trip. Management & Training Corporation
