One of our favorite takeaways from YPN Advance:

We wish we could bring our entire Sumner YPN crew to Advance! 💙 But because this experience is designed for rising YPN leaders, it left us thinking a lot about something bigger:
Who are we bringing with us next year?
Our goal is to keep building the bench behind us, developing leaders who are ready to step into what’s next.
Ideally, next year YPN Sumner REALTORS® will be sending a rising Chair, Vice Chair and staff liaison who are ready to learn, bring ideas home and keep making our YPN better.
And that starts long before someone has a title.
