As a state board-certified nurse with over 15 years of experience in care services, I understand the importance of compliance, staffing, trust, documentation, and operational integrity. The Special Care Unit represents the practical foundation of my business model: service-based, community-centered, and rooted in real human need. The ecosystem also includes Unitary Productions, Talk of the Streetz Entertainment, Umoja Nation, and the Economic Architecture Institute™. Together, these divisions support business development, media, storytelling, education, workforce readiness, community empowerment, and long-term economic participation. My professional portfolio includes nearly two decades of entrepreneurship, program design, facilitation, small business consulting, community advocacy, and economic development work. I have supported hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners through licensing, compliance readiness, strategic planning, capital preparation, workshops, cohort training, and one-on-one business support. I am also a certified Kauffman FastTrac Facilitator and have contributed to entrepreneurship and community development initiatives through institutional, nonprofit, and university-based partnerships. Currently, I serve as the Organizing President of the illustrious Virginia State University Economics and International Diplomacy Club while pursuing my degree in Economics and Finance with a minor in Family, Child, and Community Development. My long-term academic and professional focus is urban and regional planning, global economic participation, community systems, and regional economic development.
