In addition to traditional coworking amenities such as furnished conference rooms and high-end office equipment, Balance RVA offers a fully-stocked community kitchen and hydroponic garden, rentable event space, on-site fitness center and even subsidized, on-site child care. Between meetings and Zoom calls, members can enjoy free wellness resources such as meditation rooms and sound therapy, or take advantage of direct access to chiropractors, massage therapists, registered dieticians, estheticians, functional medicine doctors and nurse practitioners. Understanding the need for flexibility and convenience, all memberships (including private office rentals) are Month-to-Month; no long-term commitment is required. Balance RVA considers its members to be family, and consciously designs its facility and services to make them feel that way every day. At Balance RVA, we have one purpose: to help our members become the best possible version of themselves.

Summertime means lunch from the garden for our hard-working members! Today we offered caprese salad with fresh basil, bronze arrow lettuce, spicy arugula and mizuna mustard - all grown in-house and picked minutes before lunch time! Soon we'll be adding assorted peppers, baby eggplants and grape tomatoes to the mix!

Newcomers are welcome with open arms here 🫶 We have a limited number offices that will be available this summer. 🏖️ Our offices include all paid utilities, conference room usage, unlimited printing/copying, mail/notary/reception services, professional housekeeping, access to on-site childcare and wellness services, and more! No long-term commitment required - all memberships are month-to-month! 📆

When we first opened our doors in 2019, we knew we wanted to be different. We wanted to be a place that felt like home from the minute you walked in our doors. We wanted to be a place where it didn't matter whether you came to work in a suit or sweats.
