• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites and or shop
• Must have the ability to achieve and over come issues that may arise on the job
• Must be able to work over time and or weekends if needed
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
• Must know how to read a tape measure and know basic tools
• Must be able to maintain a clean working environment
• Must have the ability to listen, write and speak English
• Have the ability to climb ladders, heights, and often work in difficult places
• Communicate and take instructions from Forman's and supervisors
