📢Friendly Reminder about our cancelation policy:

⏰️At Ashlee's Cleaning Services, we value your time and ours. To protect both our clients and our team, the following cancelation policies apply:

🫧For Recurring Cleaning Clients:
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% up to the full amount of the scheduled cleaning price.

🫧For First-Time & Deep Cleaning Clients:
A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your cleaning slot/day. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost.

Our nonrefundable deposits serve as a mutual commitment between you and our team. It allows us to reserve your date, prepare specialized supplies and equipment, and turn away other bookings for that time slot. Because we operate with limited openings, this policy prevents lost revenue and ensures fairness for all clients.

We completely understand that unexpected situations happen. For that reason, we share this policy upfront before scheduling to avoid any confusion.

For those that are new, here's a little introduction; My name is Ashlee, I am the founder and owner, as well as the lead cleaning technician of Ashlee's Cleaning Services, located out of Herkimer Ny. We serve a wide range of Herkimer County and surrounding areas. I have been working in the cleaning industry and customer service for 21 years this Fall. I first started Ashlee's Cleaning Services back in 2016. We became a registered and insured cleaning business in 2019. We implement high cleanliness protocols to meet proper cleaning, disinfecting, & sanitizing procedures to ensure the safety of our client network and our cleaning technicians. In order to meet all of our clients needs and expectations we enforce on-site cleanliness assessments before & after our services and honor our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee Policy.
