Last week, I sent the hardest email I’ve ever sent to my customers.
MentaPrints has not grown into the business I originally hoped it would become.
But the custom work kept standing out.
Someone comes to me with an idea, a part, or a problem.
We figure it out.
Design it.
Prototype it.
Get it closer to something real.
That’s the direction I’m following going into 2027.
---What’s changing---
1. The MentaPrints Ambassador Program is officially over.
I’m grateful to everyone who supported it, but the structure no longer made much sense for where the business is headed.
2. Starting next year, MentaPrints products will move exclusively to Etsy.
The products are not disappearing.
They’ve simply always done better on Etsy, while custom work has done better through MentaPrints.com.
So I’m separating the two.
Products on Etsy.
Design work at MentaPrints.com.
A little less going on.
A little more focus on the work I enjoy doing.
