Howdy, we are Outdoor Arena Therapeutic Specialist known as OATS offering Eagala Equine Assisted Psychotheraphy(EAP) and Learning (EAL).We offer experiential learning opportunities through equine assisted learning practices in addition to adventure therapy approaches that promote the development of life skills. under the EAGALA Model, we focus on developing behaviors that support classroom success. O.A.T.S also applies the EAGALA Model to building personal growth in professional leadership development, executive coaching and team building. By holding the space for our clients, we help them to live authentically in the moment, rather than focusing on the past. This simple gesture allows for greater change from within and strong outcomes to take away from their experience.
