SolarEdge Technologies Inc. - So I spent 1 plus hours on with your tech support today to get 1 single piece of informations. They couldn't tell me what optimizer was bad. They couldn't locate it or find the Data... I finally got access to the site after a site transfer request so I could see the data.

Not sure if you can tell but I think I see one that isn't working correctly. Your tech- (phone answering service because we all know you don't train them) Couldn't even look at the screen and make a guess what one was bad do you see it??? Maybe they could read wheres Waldo....

Solaredge is JUNK. has been for years and the failure rate is more then it is reported. 5 this week I am replacing and now an optimizer and 2 others I am having to fight for an RMA when its clearly an Inverter issues.

So I know I talked about this last year but todays conversation had lit my fire again and the cost to customers had now pi**ed me off enough. I contacted a Class action firm today and we have a meeting set to discuss.

Solaredge needs to take responsibility for the faulty products and the cost to change them out. You have cost clients months of power bills, loan payments, service fees and more.

Your tech told me to remove all 22 panels to find the one that was bad. She should of just looked at the data. This would of cost the customer $1,000's and several hours of work.

But hey look at that screen shot and now I know what one is bad. Remove one panel. Change out One Optimizer. Save the customer time money and more.

I have not sold a new Solaredge systems for all most 5 yrs... I will not ever sell another one for sure. There are plenty of other better options and companies that stand behind their products.
