SGC (Susan Graham Consulting)

Susan Graham Consulting (SGC) isn’t your everyday IT recruiting agency. Unlike the others, we are an IT recruitment company in Hershey, PA.

Founded in 2006, Susan Graham Consulting is Central Pennsylvania’s premier recruiting agency delivering top-tier talent solutions for short-term and long-term staffing, direct hires, and contract-to-hire opportunities. While other IT recruiting firms are only looking to fill positions, we are here to match the perfect person with the right opportunity. We make every effort not only to match the correct candidate with an open position, but we personally get to know each and every client or applicant who becomes a part of the SGC family. At SGC we keep our business close to our home; being able to commute to meet with our clients in person drives our enthusiasm. We are directly helping our local economy as well as our neighbors. No one does boutique IT recruiting near Harrisburg, PA like Susan Graham Consulting. SGC is a certified woman business enterprise and has made a name for itself as a recruiting firm near Harrisburg, PA. We deal directly with the biggest corporations, non-profits and businesses in the area. Whether you’re looking to hire or looking for Information Technology work, SGC can play a pivotal role to your narrative. What a great morning volunteering with Girls on the Run Mid State PA! We love this organization and everything they stand for, and we're very lucky to be able to support them and their mission. We can't wait to volunteer with them again!

As we approach our 20th anniversary here at SGC (Susan Graham Consulting) I say to myself every day "how did I get to be so lucky"? Its because of my team - the greatest women in the business who bring skill, respect, and love to their roles every day. Yesterday they celebrated ME for my recent birthday. I couldn't love this team (and their families!) more.

At ourr SGC employee Christmas party we had a fun trivia contest where the winner won dinner for 6 at Susan Santangelo Graham s house served by the SGC team. It was SO much fun....we didn't want the night to end!
