Tarheel Smokers also does some catering and enjoys serving with BBQ for our Troops.

Wednesday, April 12th is SANDWICH DAY at Tarheel Fireplace and Grill from 11:30am until 1:30pm. The weather is perfect for having lunch on our patio. Hope to see you there!

Cooking Ribs & Brisket this weekend, $12 a pound for the Brisket & $15 a rack for the ribs. Let me know if you want some. First come first serve till its gone.

Well due to the heavy work load here at the shop with the fireplaces and such I am having to suspend the Sandwich Days until the early spring. I will be doing the cook to order so if you would like something with that just let me know. I want to thank all of those who came every Wednesday to support my BBQ habit! I look forward to starting it up again in the spring.

Ok it is here!!! I know lots of you have been waiting for it and tomorrow you can get it!! Sandwich Day for November is tomorrow. Neither rain, wind, or SNOW will stop it from happening so come get some tomorrow from 11;30 to 1;30 or when it is gone.

In addition I will have pulled pork and brisket by the pound for sale as well. It is vaccum sealed so you can put it in the frezzer or you can warm it back up right in the bag for supper. Pork is $8 and brisket is $12.
