Leadership can be hard.It is a constant balancing act that most people never see from the outside.

You try to make everyone happy, but you quickly learn that is impossible. You have to make difficult, lonely decisions that not everyone will understand or agree with.

The real challenge is holding the line while staying human. It means trying to be empathetic and offering grace when people stumble, while still holding everyone accountable to the high standards they are capable of reaching.

To anyone else carrying the weight of leadership today: keep going. It is a tough tightrope to walk, but your effort matters.
