Several years ago, an orthodontist I worked for shared this story. I'm not sure if he knows it or not, but this was life changing for me. Really made me think about my life, especially my work life.

Another, wise man told me if you have a problem or issue everywhere you work, maybe you should look in the mirror. As hard as it was to hear that, he was right.

If you bring negativity and "woe is me" attitude to work everyday, that is what you are going to receive in return.

If you bring positivity, empathy, grace, and love to the workplace, that is going to be what you receive in return.
