Most contractors are still waiting 24–48 hours just to get a quote confirmed.

That's a long time to sit on pricing when you're trying to move a project forward.

When your ERP pricing is synced to your storefront, pros are seeing their actual price breaks and terms in real time as they put together a quote. There's nothing for your team to manually check or fill in.

Standard quotes can be ready to accept immediately, for a validity window you control. If a quote includes a custom item, it routes to your normal review flow.

The customer gets notified, they log in, and convert it to an order.

A builder calls in frustrated because their quote isn't submitting. Instead of walking them through it over the phone, you jump in, fix it, and they're back on track in minutes.

Most dealers don't realize there's a feature built for exactly this.

It's called Customer Support Mode.

From Dealer Admin, go to Account Details, then Contacts, then hit "Log In as Customer." You're now in their portal, seeing exactly what they see.

From there you can create or update orders and quotes on their behalf, pull up invoices, statements, and order history, and place orders using their existing pricing and payment terms. The only things off limits are payment submissions, viewing saved payment details, adding or updating payment methods, and signing documents.

Sessions auto-logout after 10 minutes, a clear indicator shows when support mode is active, and every action is logged under your name.

When contractors can access their own invoices, they stop calling you for them.

Nation's Best AR team was running a tight operation, but their legacy portal had a ceiling. It accepted payments but offered no automation. Every transaction required manual posting to the ERP. When contractors needed 20 invoices, staff sent them individually.
