You probably don’t need more technology. You need more from the technology you already have.
Distributors have invested heavily in ERP, CRM, ecommerce, analytics and other technology, but having the tools doesn’t automatically mean you’re getting their full value.
Recent industry research found that 55% of distributors surveyed have invested in these technologies without fully integrating them.
Before adding another platform to your tech stack, it may be worth asking a different question:
Are we fully utilizing what we already have?
