🤫 The owners who get their time back don’t work harder. They split the work.

Let AI operations handle the repeatable:
• Instant replies to every new lead, day or night
• Appointment booking and reminders
• Follow ups on open quotes
• Invoices and payment reminders

Let your virtual assistant handle the human:
• Calls that need a real conversation
• Client questions that need judgment
• Scheduling changes and special requests
• Keeping your inbox and calendar clean

The system handles volume. Your assistant handles people. You handle growth.

Start with one list: everything you did this week that someone else could have done. That’s your handoff list.

🤫 Own nothing. Control everything.

Most owners run everything out of one company. One lawsuit and it’s all exposed. Here’s how the structure should look:

1. Your operating company does the work. Takes the calls, signs the deals, carries the risk. It owns nothing of value.
2. Your holding company holds the assets. The cash reserves, the property, the vehicles, the equipment.
3. The operating company leases what it needs from the holding company, under a signed agreement.
4. Every agreement and decision gets documented. A signed contract and a board resolution, stored and dated.
5. Separate bank accounts for every company. Never mix the money.

Get the structure right on day one and a bad day on the operating side never touches what you’ve built. Run it by your CPA and attorney when you set it up.

🤫 Everybody says “just start an LLC.” Here’s why we usually recommend against leading with one.

We’ll form an LLC or an S Corp if it fits your situation. But for most people building something real, we point to a C Corporation. Why?

1. A corporation builds its own credit file, separate from your personal score, so the business can fund itself.
2. It’s the cleaner path to real funding and outside investors.
3. You can roll an LLC underneath it later to handle the risky operating work.

The structure you pick on day one decides how you grow for years.

Which are you leaning toward? Drop it below 👇 Save this and follow for a new tip every day.

🤫 The setup mistake that quietly costs founders thousands:

A few things nobody tells you before you start:
1. Get your EIN straight from the IRS site. It’s free. Anyone charging you for it is running a game.
2. Form a corporation, not just a sole proprietorship. It shields your personal assets and looks legit to banks and clients.
3. Open the business account the same week you form. Mixing personal and business money is the fastest way to a tax nightmare.
4. Register for your state and local licenses before you take your first customer, not after.

Most people quit at the paperwork. You don’t have to do it alone.
