Meet Andy, a Process Development Center EDM & Mill Technician who takes pride in working on new and innovative medical products. One project stands out above the rest. Andy worked on the MLCs for a radiation treatment system used by his wife during her treatment for uterine cancer. Knowing he played a role in the technology that helped save her life made the project deeply personal.

Andy is also proud of his work on a major vascular device project, where his team doubled production throughput while improving yields by over 30%!

Meet Anthony, Lead in our Process Development Center Finishing Department, who has been with Norman Noble for 37 years. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in nitinol electropolishing, working on new jobs and prototypes and helping our team solve challenging finishing requirements for complex medical devices.

Anthony has seen firsthand how much our nitinol finishing capabilities have evolved, and he takes pride in the knowledge and experience he has built alongside his coworkers. For him, the most rewarding part is knowing that the components he helps finish ultimately save lives.
