When I turned 50, I was married, raising my 4 children full time and very involved in several volunteer organizations. The vast majority of my focus was meeting the needs of others. Then my children started to go off to college.

• Having no success getting back into the job market, I started my own consulting company.
• I got amicably divorced.
• I took a job as Director of Operations for a social enterprise start up, my first job working for someone else in over 15 years.
• I got training and became a coach.
• I started online dating when I hadn’t had a date in 30 years and I had NO social media presence.
• I left my Director of Operations position to focus all of my energy on my Coaching + Consulting company.
• I started using social media to market my business and reach my clients.

Now my 50s are coming to close and this is what I know…

I was SCARED to make each change.

I shifted my FOCUS and MINDSET to make each change.

I took MASSIVE UNCOMFORTABLE ACTION to make each change.

I got one step closer to LIVING MY DREAM LIFE with each change.
