We are looking for an experienced Construction, Engineering or Real Estate professional to join our Construction Loan Monitoring group. In this role your primary responsibility will be to complete comprehensive construction draw reviews for Construction Monitoring Reports. Our industry leading Construction Consulting services provide our clients with comprehensive on-site reviews of the progress of the work, detailed draw request reviews and realistic risk management. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to review, visit and evaluate a wide variety of construction and renovation projects in the target region and nationwide for the top construction lenders and investors in the US. This a remote position that will report to the Senior Project Manger. This is not a desk job.

Professional Experience Requirements:

3 plus years of experience generating or reviewing construction draw reviews
Prior experience in Construction, Construction Monitoring, Construction Consulting, CRE management, ESA and PSA experience a plus
A working understanding of both site civil and vertical construction
Familiarity with construction documents
Proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent report writing skills are essential
Basic proficiency with MS Word and Excel required
Education and Certifications:

Associates Degree or certifications in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, CRE management or related fields is required
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture a plus
Other Requirements:

In this position you can expect ground travel within the target area ; however, the ability to travel nationally as is a plus. This is not a desk job.
Experience with cloud based reporting software a plus.
Experience with ESA and PCA reporting also a plus.

• Geotechnical investigations

A review of the following documents may also be completed, if provided:

• Contractor’s Certificate of Insurance & Builders Risk Insurance

• Copies of available permits, zoning approvals and utility letters

• Construction bond, including exhibits

• Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

• Wetlands assessment

• Environmental Impact Report
