Miles (co-owner of BestShred) is doing Ironman St. George today. He started at 7:00 a.m. The swim course was very windy. He finished the 2.4 mile swim in 1:37:53 and is now out on the bike course. 112 mile bike with over 5,000 feet of elevation gain and then a marathon!

Grant Lind was a dumpster diver with a lot of patience and a talent for putting together puzzle pieces. Lind, 49, was charged last month with 44 felony counts in connection with a check counterfeiting scheme, according to authorities who say he gleaned bank account information from shredded check...
