Big congratulations to our 2022 ULEAD and BetterManager Graduates! 🏆

Both of these programs are designed to further our associates’ leadership abilities. ULEAD stands for “UDR Leadership Exploration and Development” – This is UDR’s leadership development series for first and mid-level leaders across all parts of the company. BetterManager is UDR’s partner that provides executive 1:1 leadership coaching to up-level the performance, effectiveness, and capacity of our people leaders. February is designated as American Heart Month to advocate cardiovascular health and raise awareness about heart disease. It’s a beautiful opportunity to focus on ways to promote and maintain heart health. Here at Corporate, we celebrated this month by wearing red around the office to show our support and to raise awareness.

Associates from across the Philadelphia sites came together on Tuesday, November 1st, for their first UDR Service Day! They volunteered at Small Things, a local organization that partners with distributors to provide food to communities in need across Philadelphia. Together their team packed five pallets (275 boxes) of dry goods. Each box provides a family about a week’s worth of meals.
