Ever had a project on your property you've been meaning to get to for years?

This family did. They have 100 acres of beautiful Tennessee woods, with a trail running through it that was only 6 feet wide. They had wanted it opened up since the day they moved in. So they gave us a call.

We brought in our forestry mulcher and widened that narrow path into the open, walkable trail you see here. No burn piles. No debris hauled off. The brush and small trees get ground right back into the ground, where they feed nutrients to the trees that remain.
That's the beauty of mulching. You reclaim land you couldn't use before, and your forest is healthier for it.

I'm Richard, and along with my wife Manessah, our son Joey, the rest of our 8 kids, and our hardworking crew, we're the team behind Precision Grading Specialists.

You may already know us through our other business, Gravel Driveway Recovery. Over the years, GDR has earned more than 100 five-star reviews from folks all across the Upper Cumberland. We built that reputation one driveway at a time by showing up when we said we would, doing the work right, and treating every customer's property like it was our own.

Our fleet includes a CAT 275XE with an HM418 forestry mulching head (38 carbide teeth), two CAT compact track loaders, and two CAT mini excavators. That means we can take on the rough, steep, overgrown, or just plain awkward sites that other companies turn down.
