Today’s employees I want to recognize are Ramon and Merta. They have been with me for a few years. I can always count on them to bring their best to the challenging job they tackle 4 nights per week. It’s a blessing to have them in my business and it’s always a joy to see them and to catch up on so much more than just business, but also on life in general. They truly are the examples that I follow when I think of how I want to be known in this business. I learn from them each time we get a chance to chat.

LeeAnn Bell is such a hard worker. She has a ton of character as well. I can’t remember ever calling her for extra help when she has declined the request. She is a blessing to the entire company and I’m so thankful for her work-ethic and willingness to serve our customers with high quality and care.

BMS week 11. Still really nice… just a few weeks from recoat and still is in very good shape. Xbrite 22 from Albrite is a winner for sure. These are middle school kids in a high traffic area. Only buffing twice per month.

Waiting… that’s been on my mind for several weeks. My business takes time. Currently working on 28,000 square feet of VCT. Getting it ready for the new school year takes time. One foot at a time. I’m learning that the key to my business(and life) is “time”.

1. Time shouldn’t be wasted
2. Time can’t be rushed
3. Time is saved when we do things the right way the first…. You guessed it…. “Time”.
